Our refund policy is very simple:

During the first 60 days of your membership, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us via the contact form on our site and we'll cheerfully refund your money.

There is no contract. We bill you each month for the next month's service via a recurring billing agreement.

After the first 60 days, if you wish to discontinue use of the service, simply let us know via the contact form and we will stop billing. You can use the service until the end of the current billing month. There are no refunds for services already used.

In the event that we offer multi-month memberships and you have unused months remaining, we will refund you for months after the current billing month.
